What is your MOQ?
Standard items start from 100–500 pcs depending on the product. Full-custom shapes with dedicated molds may require higher quantities — we will always propose the most economical option for your budget.
How fast can I get samples?
Sampling takes 5–10 days after artwork confirmation, including one round of revision. Courier shipping is 3–5 days via DHL/FedEx.
Can you produce with my own design and logo?
Yes. We are an OEM/ODM factory: laser engraving, silk printing, embossing, custom shapes, custom finishes and full private-label packaging are all supported.
What information do you need for a quote?
Product type (or reference photo), quantity, logo requirements, finish preference and target price if any. We reply with a professional quotation within 24 hours.
Do you support third-party inspection?
Absolutely. We welcome SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas or your nominated inspector before shipment.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
T/T, PayPal and Trade Assurance are accepted. Shipping by DHL/FedEx/UPS air express, air freight or sea freight (FOB / CIF / DDP as needed).
